To support our local community, we offer a straightforward window for you to decide if your new item is the right fit. You have exactly 30 days from the moment your order is placed to initiate a request for a return or an exchange. This duration ensures you have ample time to inspect the build and materials of your selection.

To ensure the process remains efficient, we ask that any returned item remains in the same state as it was upon arrival. This includes keeping all original packaging and tags attached. By maintaining these standards, we can continue to offer high-quality accessories to everyone across the Principality.

Cancellation Guidelines

We recognise that circumstances can shift quickly. You maintain the freedom to cancel any purchase as long as the item remains within our local facility. However, once the product is handed over to our delivery partners and leaves the warehouse, the cancellation option is no longer active. Because our logistics process for Monaco is specifically timed, you will need to receive the package first and then follow the standard return steps.

Shipping and Logistics Responsibility

When you choose to return an item within the 30-day window, Zaicle handles all the logistics. We do not apply any charges for the return shipping or handling. We believe that your experience should be free from extra expenses when a product does not meet your specific requirements. We will coordinate the pickup or provide clear instructions to ensure the item travels back to us securely.

The Review and Approval Phase

Once your returned item arrives back at our centre, our team performs a thorough review. We take exactly 24 hours to inspect the product to confirm it is unused and in its original state. This brief period is essential for maintaining the integrity of our collection. Once the inspection concludes and the return is officially approved, we will notify you immediately.

Refund Method and Expected Timelines

Since Zaicle utilises a Cash on Delivery model for all transactions in Monaco, we do not have a digital payment to reverse. Consequently, we provide all refunds exclusively through bank transfers. This method ensures a secure and documented way to return your funds.

Once your return is approved following the 24-hour inspection, the transfer is initiated. It typically takes between 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. This timeline is subject to standard banking procedures within the local region.

Data Privacy, the APDP, and the DPL

In alignment with the local regulations of Monaco, specifically Law No. 1.565 (the DPL) , we manage all information shared during a return with high levels of security. The APDP (Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles) oversees how personal data is handled, and we ensure our protocols meet these rigorous standards under the DPL.

Your bank details and contact information are used solely for the purpose of completing the transfer and resolving your request. We do not hold this data longer than necessary for legal or operational accounting. Protecting your identity is a central part of our business ethics, ensuring your digital footprint remains safe while we resolve your transaction.
