Our procedures are designed to respect local regulations while providing a straightforward experience. Zaicle focuses exclusively on the local community. We only facilitate deliveries to addresses located within the borders of Monaco. This allows us to maintain a high standard of speed and reliability. Our logistics structure follows a clear timeline:
We provide this delivery service without any added shipping fees. The price you see during your selection is the final amount you will pay upon arrival.
To ensure you feel secure in your transaction, we utilise a Cash on Delivery model. This means you only finalize the payment when the courier reaches your designated address. By placing an order, you confirm that you are ready to receive the package and provide the exact amount due in cash. This method ensures that you can physically receive the item before the transaction is complete.
We understand that plans can shift. You have the right to cancel your purchase at any time while the item remains within our facility. However, once the product has been handed over to our delivery partners and leaves the warehouse, the cancellation window closes. At this stage, the transit is active, and you will need to follow our standard return guidelines after the package reaches you.
If an artwork does not align with your expectations, Zaicle provides a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. This period starts from the day the order is placed. To be eligible, the item must remain in its original, unused state with all packaging intact. We take full responsibility for the logistics of returning the item; we do not charge for the return service.
Once a returned item reaches us, our team conducts a thorough review within 24 hours. This brief period allows us to confirm the condition of the product. Following approval, we issue refunds exclusively through bank transfers. We do not offer cash refunds for COD transactions to ensure a secure and documented record of the transfer.
After the transfer is initiated, it typically takes between 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. This duration depends on the standard processing times of local banking institutions.
In alignment with Law No. 1.565 regarding the protection of personal data, we handle your information with the highest level of integrity. The APDP (Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles) oversees data practices in Monaco, and we ensure our protocols meet their requirements under the DPL. Your contact details and bank information are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and processing refunds.
