Dedicated Delivery within Monaco

Zaicle focuses its operations exclusively within the borders of the Principality of Monaco. By limiting our geographic reach, we ensure that every order receives specific attention and arrives according to our established schedules. We do not facilitate international shipping or deliveries outside of the local territory. This localised approach allows us to manage our logistics chain with precision and provide a consistent experience for the community we serve.

Timelines for Handling and Transit

When you select an artwork from our collection, we follow a systematic two-stage process to move the item from our facility to your doorstep.

First, we require 2 business days for internal handling. During this time, our team prepares your package and conducts a final review to ensure the item meets our standards for craftsmanship. Once this initial phase is complete, the item is handed over to our local delivery partners.

The physical transit across Monaco takes an additional 3 business days. Consequently, the total duration from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your address is 5 business days. We maintain this schedule to ensure that every decorative artwork is handled with the appropriate attention before it reaches its new home.

Payment Model and Shipping Costs

Transparency is a core value at Zaicle. We believe that the price you see on our platform should be the final amount you pay. For this reason, we do not apply any hidden fees, surcharges, or shipping costs for our delivery services.

To further simplify the transaction for every resident, we utilise a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model. This allows you to finalise the purchase only when the courier physically reaches your address. This traditional yet secure method ensures that you feel confident in the arrival of your goods before any transaction is completed. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready in cash to facilitate a smooth handover with our delivery personnel.

Privacy, the APDP, and the DPL

In alignment with the laws of Monaco, specifically Law No. 1.565 (the DPL) regarding the protection of personal data, we manage your delivery details with high standards of security. The APDP (Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles) serves as the regulatory body ensuring that businesses handle private information correctly under the DPL .

Your name, phone number, and physical address are utilised exclusively for the purpose of completing the transit of your order. We do not share these details with outside entities for their independent use. Our commitment to the guidelines set by the APDP ensures that your personal information is protected throughout the entire logistics chain.

Order Adjustments and Cancellations

We understand that needs can shift during the 5-day delivery window. You maintain the right to cancel your purchase at any time while the item remains in our possession at our local centre. However, once the product is handed over to our shipping partners and leaves our facility, the cancellation period ends.

At this stage, the delivery is considered active and cannot be halted. If you still wish to return the item after it reaches you, our standard 30-day return and exchange policy will then become available.

Returns and Logistics Accountability

Should you decide to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of your order, we take full responsibility for the logistics. Zaicle handles the coordination and costs associated with returning the item to our facility. We do not charge for return shipping.

Upon arrival at our centre, we conduct an inspection within 24 hours. Once approved, refunds are sent via bank transfer and typically reflect in your account within 7 to 10 business days.
